Winter Storm Advisory - Remote Learning

Dear Giants,

It has come to my attention that there is a winter storm warning in effect for the Oak Lawn area until 5:00 P.M. tomorrow. Difficult travel conditions and poor visibility are predicted, with the possibility of reaching 8 inches of snow. Given these inclement weather conditions, we will be learning remotely tomorrow (Tuesday, 1/26). No one should be on campus.

Please have your child(ren) follow the previous online schedule and structure from the beginning of January. Preschool, Kindergarten, and first grade should follow their homeroom teacher's instructions.

The schedule for students in grades 2 through 8 will be:

8:00-8:10 Attendance, Prayer, Announcements

8:10-8:40 First Period

8:40-8:50 Break

8:50-9:20 Second Period

9:20-9:30 Break

9:30-10:00 Third Period

10:00-10:10 Break

10:10-10:40 Fourth Period

10:40-10:50 Break

10:50-11:20 Fifth Period

11:20-11:30 Break

11:30-12:00 Sixth Period

12:00-12:30 Lunch

12:30-1:30 Office Hours - Live Google Meet Link - Available for questions

This will count as a regular day of school and will not need to be made up later in the year.  We do plan to be back to in person learning on Wednesday, 1/27.
