Ode to the St. Gerald Class of 2021
Congratulations to the Giant Class of 2021!
We just wanted to give you another cheer to brighten your 8th grade year.
You have toiled and troubled all the year through, with masks and social distance too.
You missed many events and celebrations, but you did it together as one Giant nation.
We’re so proud of you for your perseverance and resilience, and we feel very lucky that you blessed us with your presence.
We know that this time is bittersweet. You’re happy to graduate, but sad to leave.
Frankly, we would hope for nothing less, as we want you to miss us, we must confess.
We know that you will go on to do great things, and we expect some visits between the flings.
Represent the Giants well and never forget your faith, as we will always be here even though you have completed eighth.
Be gallant. Be genuine. Be great, and never forget the St. Gerald Giants when you leave grade eight!

We all appreciate the importance of Catholic Education. School families make many sacrifices to give their children the life-long benefit of a Catholic education. Sometimes life changes…people lose employment, or experience other emergencies. Unexpected expenses put a drain on family budgets, and they can no longer afford to make tuition payments.
The Wisdom Fund is designed to create a resource for short term tuition assistance for families whose unexpected life emergencies have impacted their financial ability to keep their children in St. Gerald School. Your donation to this fund can make all the difference in a student's life. This fund is supported by donations of money, stocks, or other assets. No donation is too small. Every little bit helps when a family is in need.
For further assistance please contact the Development Office, 708-422-2174.
God bless you for your generosity!
