Weather Notice: Friday morning we are supposed to experience snowfall. As of now, it is supposed to be a small amount. If we do experience snowfall that causes slick roads, we will send out communication for a snow day to avoid any risky travel like we experienced on Monday. Please make arrangements to keep students at home if this happens. If we close school, there be no classes and no extended care services. Thank you for your cooperation!
Happy Catholic Schools Week 2022!
We are so excited to be celebrating Catholic Schools Week next week! Our Giants are the best and we want to recognize that with a week of fun! Each day will be a dress down (or up) day and will feature an activity or game at the end of the day.
Monday, 1/31 – Mismatched Monday! Mondays can be hard! Getting up early after sleeping in for 2 days can confuse anyone, so this Monday don’t worry about matching! Wear 2 different socks or shoes. Wear dress pants with a t-shirt. Wear shorts with a heavy sweater. Mismatched is the name of the game!
Tuesday, 2/1 – Sports Day – The Superbowl and Winter Olympics are right around the corner! Dress in your favorite team/sports attire and get ready! Cheer on any sport or team and show them you’re a super-fan!
Wednesday, 2/2 – 100 Years Old on the 100th Day! We’ll join the kindergartners in their quest to celebrate the 100th day of school as if they are 100 years old! Dress as old as someone 100!
Thursday, 2/3 – Monochrome Day – Some days you just want to blend in! Wear all items the same color – or as close to it as possible – such as black shoes, black socks, black pants, black sweatshirt! Stand out by blending in! Choose any color and try to wear an entire outfit of that color.
Friday, 2/4 – Pajama Day – No Catholic Schools Week is complete without a slumber party! Dress in your warmest, coziest pajamas!
We’ll have snack prizes at the end of the week for the homeroom that has the most dress up/down participation!
